HVAC Emergency USA is a referral service. When a homeowner calls, we take their ZIP code and connect them with an independent local HVAC provider who covers that area. That is the whole of what we do.

We are not a contractor. We do not own vehicles, we do not employ technicians, and we never carry out heating or cooling work. Every provider reached through this line is an independent business that sets its own prices, holds its own licence and insurance, and is responsible for its own work.

How the referral works

You call the number published on every page of this site. The operator takes your ZIP code first, because provider coverage varies within a county rather than following city boundaries. We match that code against providers currently accepting calls and connect you.

From that point the relationship is between you and the provider. They confirm when they can attend, they diagnose the fault, and they quote their own price on site before any work begins. Nothing obliges you to proceed, and if the window or the price does not suit you, you are welcome to decline and arrange service elsewhere.

Verifying that a provider holds the licence and insurance required for the work is the homeowner responsibility on every referral. State licensing registers are linked from each state page for exactly that purpose.

How we are paid

We may be compensated by providers or partners when you call. That compensation does not change what you are quoted or what you pay, and it does not buy a provider a better position in how calls are routed.

We publish no ratings, no reviews and no rankings of any kind, and we do not sell placement. Matching is done by ZIP code and by which providers are accepting calls at that moment.

Editorial policy

Everything on this site is written in house. We do not copy competitor text, and we do not invent technicians, licence numbers, certifications, awards or statistics.

Cost figures published here are ranges that completed jobs have fallen into, reported by providers. They are not quotes and they are labelled as estimates wherever they appear. The provider confirms the actual price on site before starting work.
