Accessibility statement
We build this site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at any zoom level, and we treat accessibility problems as defects rather than enhancements.
Your call connects you with an independent local HVAC provider. No obligation.
Call (855) 321-3194The standard we target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site. That covers colour contrast, keyboard operation, focus visibility, text alternatives, and content that remains usable when zoomed or reflowed.
What we have done
Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, and every one of them shows a visible focus outline. A skip link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content.
The navigation rail and the mobile menu both trap focus while open and close on the Escape key. The thermostat dial is operable with arrow keys and reports its state to assistive technology, and it falls back to a plain table when JavaScript is unavailable.
All text meets AA contrast against its background. Accordions start closed and are standard disclosure elements rather than custom widgets. Animation is limited to transform and opacity, and is disabled entirely when the operating system requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
The map on location pages is an embedded third-party frame. Its internal controls are outside our control, which is why every fact the map conveys, the city, the county, the state and the ZIP codes covered, is also published as plain text on the same page.
Image placeholders currently stand in for photography that has not yet been produced. Each one carries a descriptive text alternative, and they will be replaced by real images with the same alternatives.
