Your call connects you with an independent local HVAC provider. No obligation.

Disclaimer: HVAC Emergency USA is a referral service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and HVAC Emergency USA does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on HVAC Emergency USA.
Availability disclaimer
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.
What these mean in plain language
The first disclaimer says three things. We connect you with providers at no charge to you, and we are not a contractor ourselves. Those providers are independent businesses, so we cannot stand behind their work. And checking that whoever you hire carries the right licence and insurance is your responsibility, not ours.
It also notes that anyone shown in a photograph or video on this site is a model or an actor, not a contractor available through the service. We use image placeholders in most places for exactly this reason.
The second disclaimer is about timing. We say the emergency line is answered 24/7, and it is. That is the phone being answered around the clock in Eastern Time. It is not a promise that a technician is standing by in every market at every hour. Whether anyone can reach you today depends on provider participation, your location, technician availability and how heavy demand is.
About pricing
We do not publish, set or quote prices. We are a referral service, and what any job costs is a matter between you and the independent provider who attends.
The provider inspects the system, tells you what the work costs, and you decide whether to proceed before anything is charged. Any figure you are given comes from that provider, not from us.
