What we collect

If you call, we collect the information you give the operator: your ZIP code, the nature of the problem, and the contact details needed to pass the enquiry to a provider. We do not operate a web form, so the phone line is the only route by which we receive your details.

If you browse the site without calling or submitting anything, we collect only what analytics records, described below. We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for payment details at any point.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and routing purposes. Where recording applies, you are notified at the start of the call and may decline to continue.

Call information is shared with the provider we connect you to, because they need it to contact you and attend the job.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies by default. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets its own cookies to measure traffic and page performance, and a notice appears to that effect. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

The ZIP search feature loads a static file of ZIP codes from this site and performs the lookup in your browser. The ZIP you type is not transmitted to us or to any third party by that feature.

Who we share information with

We share enquiry details with the independent provider matched to your ZIP code, so they can contact you. We may share aggregate, non-identifying data with partners for reporting.

We do not sell personal information. The only third parties receiving data are the provider you are connected to and, where enabled, the analytics service described above.

Your rights under CCPA and CPRA

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify the request and respond within the timeframes the law requires. Exercising these rights will not result in different service or pricing.
